why knowledge are so important?

The internet networking people and knowledge and shortening the distances has changed the world. Today organisations should understand that seeking knowledge only internally not only limits their ability in understanding problem and thus, making sound decisions but also weaken their ability of keeping the pace of change. In this context, KM should be seen has an approach that facilitates the link between internal and external organisational environment aimed on enhance organisations’ capability in capturing processing and integrating external knowledge with internal expertise.
