Can't bear to have my latest entry being a PDP list of skills

I don't really understand what we really meant to do with that list!!
Are we supposed to say when we got the certificate in 'achieving' the skill? Or what?

I mean we are not like a computer which can easily list the properties and hardware and software one has got?!
