LE–lifeboat was definitely a good started

Today we had a great started. we came up with important points based on the exercise of how leadership might be seen by different perspectives. In my case, I confirmed personal view of leadership in term of, firstly leaders have to be a good listeners otherwise they might not be able to put in the right way people to contribute in order to work out any problem. Secondly, personality and behaviours take a strong part of becoming a good leader and lastly leaders need to be strong in making decisions even though this is not the best one. Following this, the last view will take me further time to understand 100 % because of my job experience, I am the person who takes risk and makes desicions regardless I have not taken in consideration all the things that I had to assess, but at least I can do it rather than people who has better knowledge, however, they do not like to have any responsability we will see how this module might help us to understand and provide ourself new knowledge to be as a good leaders in the future.
