LE–getting precise when time is of essence..
After we finished the lecture today, we have too many ideas to face with our thoughts. I like to point out something that I will attempt to keep in my mind for my next job experience. I am talking about how to manage time towards to accomplish the goal. To be honest I do not like at all pushing colleagues, however how might it affect my performance as a leader? According to our experience today during seminar 1, taking care of time, make a save environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and at least you will not miss any point. In this sense, scheduling what the team is doing it might manage better in resolving the current issue and each member will be aware that they have to answer the question straight avoiding things which not contribute at all. Nevertheless, to obtain good practice on it, will take me a long time. But for once again, the exercise today demonstrated to me that acting like that worth it.

i do agree with you Johnnatan, i would like to say that good leadership might be necessary to be a punctual person along with a good time management since the leader should spend every time in order to achieve something most efficiently. Especially, when the followers learn how their leader manage time and perform very productively, it will convince them indirectly to follow which results in more productive and efficient outcomes.

Time is a very precious ting in the world, after the all 2min presentation of seminar 1 Paul said why he was keeping time and how does it really affect in leadership style and while doing that he gave an example of elevator which was really awesome example and I think I will never ever forget that example in my life. Actually in a same way I heard a real story of Indian businessman Dhirubhai Ambani founder and owner of Reliance industries, how he made a one and half min discussion with PM of India when she was walking from her house towards her car to a four our meeting and never ending relationship. I thing communication, confidence, preciseness and of course attitude made that possible.
