MHRA Citation style now available
We have added a new output style to the list. This is a modfied version of the MHRA footnote style used by some Warwick departments.
To insert a reference using this style:
If you are using Word 2007:
- Click on the squared arrow in the Bibliography box in the EndNote Web tab.
- Under the option With Output Style, select MHRA.
- Click OK.
- Within Word, insert a footnote using the normal Word commands (e.g. References > Insert Footnote).
- This will place a footnote reference in the main text and take your cursor to the bottom of the page.
- Click the Find Citation(s) icon (the magnifying glass) on the EndNote Web tab and find the citation you wish to insert as normal.
- Click the Insert button.
If you are using Word 2003:
- Click on the Format Bibliography icon in the EndNote Web toolbar.
- Under the option With Output Style, select MHRA.
- Click OK.
- Within Word, insert a footnote using the normal Word commands (e.g. Insert > Reference > Footnote).
- This will place a footnote reference in the main text and take your cursor to the bottom of the page.
- Click the Find Citation(s) icon (the magnifying glass) on the EndNote Web toolbar and find the citation you wish to insert as normal.
- Click the Insert button.
The reference will be inserted as a footnote at the bottom of your document. EndNote Web will also add it at the end of your document as part of your final bibliography.
