Automatically adding a title to your bibliography
Did you know that you can automatically add the title to your list of references in your Word document?
If you are using Word 2007:
- From the EndNote Web tab, click on the squared arrow in the bottom right hand corner of the Bibliography box.
- Click on the Layout Tab
- In the box labelled Bibliography title box type the text you would like to appear before your list of references (e.g. Bibliography or References)
- Click on the Text Format button to and select the font and size you would like to use for your title.
- Click OK.
If you are using Word 2003:
- Click on the Format Bibliography icon in the EndNote Web toolbar (the third icon along).
- Select the Layout tab.
- In the box labelled Bibliography title box type the text you would like to appear before your list of references (e.g. Bibliography or References)
- Click on the Text Format button to and select the font and size you would like to use for your title.
- Click OK.
The text you entered will now be displayed at the top of your list of references.
