An Ode to America

America is a vast country
They have big cars, big people, big fruit,
Everything on an enormous scale
They have my man.

America is a beautiful place
They have the famous big name stars
Immaculately dressed, beautified people
They have my man.

America is a different place
They have the president, the senate, the whitehouse
Everyone speaking with that ridiculous drawl
They have my man.

America is a famous place
From Hollywood to New Orleans, Disneyworld to Oklahoma
Everyone has heard of the sights to be seen
They have my man.

I know my man will make a big impression
I know they will love his wit, his attitude,
his hard work and his intellect,
But sometimes i just wish that they didn’t have my man.
