this house is located just down the road from me. from somewhere, the owners have purchased this delightful sign. any ideas what this could possibly mean?

The shower… UPDATE

well now, here is the new bath. the cowboy plumbers detiled half the walls and left. we have a new bath, but the shower no longer works. student housing? love it!
