L&E What can a leader do with his oversea group
These days , I am running a simulation in a group. To credible our data, we do our parts in different place and cannot talk to others during the simulation. But the problem is , while there is something go wrong, we will lost many time to find out where it is. And while we have different idea we even lose whole day in arguement.
So I have a problem, there are many multinational enterprises in the world, how do they manage their organization. How do CEOs control their oversea business?
Most of the time they cannot talk to their manager team directly. Maybe they will have regular online meeting, but something is real hard to explain ( eg. financial decision ) and leaders will have no idea what he's groupmates doing. Are there any tools or technology to strengthen comunication in multinational enterprise.??

Dear Vic Vic,
The best possible method which is must in every simulation, project, industry is clearity of idea, thoughts, information and communication. Without this it is impossible to complete a project successfully within the given time span. So if u sit in different rooms too, u need to perform ur work correctly the work u have been assigned (if u cannot talk wid other members of the group in simulation exercise) and if everybody performs there work the task gets over. elsewise u all need to communicate at every level so that the information passes equally and correctly to all whats happening within the group in the simulation exercise.
On the similar basis the organizations also performs there work in an project. The executives who know all the information generally travels to that factory stay most of the time longer there when things are critical, video conferencing is the new tool, internet chats, every possible tool is used so that right information is passed and actual work is known time to time.
So for every project communication is the tool..
