Getting started about Leadership and Excellence

I have a blog which is cool, but little bit scary, because It is difficult to get familiar with the idea that someone is reading and making a ciriticism about  my grammer , my approach , my way and so on.  First time It is happening to me, that's why I have no idea what I should write in it.

Ihave been thinking about  two quotes for long time .  Something about these quotes is magnetazing me into deep thoughts and I have no idea why.  

A leader is a dealer in hope.

If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.

  2. I couldn’t stand being criticized by anyone when I was younger. The only thing I that helped me is realization that being criticized is good as long as you listen and analyze it. You might not follow others ideas as long as you do not find them useful for yourself. ))

    And speaking about leadership quotes, I kinda wonder, where you got the first one from?)

    Sharing is important to learn more.. nobody’s perfect in this world..we try to achieve perfection. so dont worry everbody’s ideas and views are equally important..and by sharing that u make people like me more knowledgeble.

    And i liked the second quote..cheers

  5. Dear Sid, Vera and Chonlapat,

    I would like to thank to everyone for heartening comments which are exciting and encouring me :) Being criticized is not the bad side of the world on the contrary , If you are irritated by every rub, how will you be polished?

    I would love to enrich my personality with people’s comments which make me visible on the universe. Also I have been trying to do not allow my animal nature to rule my reason….
