Molecular Gastronomy

Writing about web page http://www.discoveryeurope2.com/kitchen/index.php

Molecular Gastronomy, aka Kitchen Chemistry, as popularised by the world famous chef Heston Blumenthal.

  • What's the point of adding salt when boiling vegetables?
  • What's the best way of cooking meat?
  • How can our senses be fooled when we eat?
