Decided to make a "bookmarklet" to make it easy to blog pages.
javascript:top.location="http://blogs.warwick.ac.uk/blogbuilder/admin/create/plainEntry.spr?blog=BLOGID&newPermissions=Anyone&newCommentPermissions=Anyone&relatedUrl="+escape(document.URL)
If you want to use it:
- Go to create a new entry in your blog
- Add it as a favourite and set the title you want
- Right-click it, click Properties
- Replace the link URL with my link above, but replace BLOGID with the one from your link (the cryptic admin one, not the one like 'davidmiller')
- Press OK to save
- To use just browse to a web page and click the URL… it's automatically entered into the Related Web Page box!
I (still) use IE - adjust for your browser! | |

Hadn’t seen that before – didn’t bother searching. Can’t open in a new window in IE (under XP SP2) anyway!
I’ve only ever used the library once, because I was forced to {Insert bitter memories of CS119} but thanks for the link.
