Tom Lehrer
Writing about web page http://www.archive.org/details/lehrer
Up there you can see a link to a video of Tom Lehrer singing some of his songs. Most of them are about maths and how great it is, but there's also one about sociology and why it (and all the rest of the social sciences) aren't actually science, despite what they claim. (At this pont, you may expect me to make apologies to social scientists. But I'm not going to, because I agree that they're not actually scientists. Hence, no apology.
Another interesting Tom Lehrer thingy online is the Flash animation of the Elements song, which is a list of all the elements in the Periodic Table to the tune of the Gilbert and Sullivan Major-General song.

How can a maths student be an English genius?
The maths studentness of me probably explains why the one question I got wrong was the one where the answer was 'all of the above', though.

Children in Need
While not going to the lengths that the Music Centre did for Children in Need, the bell-ringing society also did its bit in removing hair for a good cause, in our case, the removal of our ringing master's beard.
