I completely forgot that it was star wars day today! (Well, not completely, or I wouldn't be writing this post… but it has taken me awhile).

This interactive exhibition explores our fascination with space and how this has impacted on our everyday lives. The exhibition shows space related objects such as telescopes and rockets, alongside things that are found in the home, which have been inspired by the race into space. It explores fantasy worlds created in books, film and television, with toys from Dan Dare, Star trek and Doctor Who. Highlights include a piece of Mars meteorite, and an original Cosmonaut Suit! With more than 300 objects on display, there is something for everyone.
