eBay private feedback should be banned

time wasters. non-payers.
private feedback is stupid… they might as well make a new account.

Total agreement on private feedback being banned.
Over 150 transactions, no problem at all. 1 auction as seller involved last day bidding from 'private' person, who added £2 and won my auction at £72 ($100 odd). Refuses to post reply mail to myself, transaction gone downhill and disappeared. Cannot even get their email address or i.p. because of ebays philosophy of protecting members. Fine, but this person has involved themselves in a legal transaction with myself, I have no idea who, or even which country this person resides in, fine legal transaction!
Ban it, and ebay to start utilising the vast profits on helping the disgruntled 'genuine' member out for once.

  2. Yeh its a real pain in the ass. I was selling a laptop for a friend and the value was over 200 pounds i think. after a week of waiting i just gave up and did second chance offer to one of the bidders who emailed me before enquiring about it. of course "MyEbay" said i still needed to post it the non-payer and recieve payment or whatever but second chance creates a new sold item so i simply deleted the other one. he hasnt complained and that was ages ago now.
