Is being a Christian fashionable?
So many things in life follow fashions and trends, often on the say so of others. "This years black is the new Brown" (or is it pink now?, I lose track) comments like "it's sooo last week!" (thanks for inspiration James, LOL) are often sayings that come and go as fashions too.
So what are your thoughts?
Is being a Christian fashionable?
Should it be fashionable?

being a boring christian is going out of fashion as it were. but being a real christian isnt really getting fashionable instead. this is a good thing cos it means you dont get all the people that just go to church cos its the thing to do. tho there are still old biddies that go to church just cos it was in their day. you cant really have fashionable christians cos if you are a true christian, you dont keep with the trends so arent fashionable. and anyone that claims they are a christian cos its fashionable, doesnt that sound wrong? how can you have a true relationship with God 'just cos everyone else does'?

Hmm… I think I'd have to say that being a Christian is, by definition, not fashionable. It may be attractive (and, lived well, the Christian life certainly should be). But a Christian should not be conformed to the world, ultimately stands for another way of things altogether – so that rules out the ebbs and flows of the world's tastes and preferances – its fashions, in fact. (Good question, brother Darren!)
