BT lost my 30,000+ emails?

Writing about web page http://www.ComplainToBT.com

I am really upset and angry that when I woke up about two weeks ago, that I realsied all my emails in my BT Yahoo inbox was gone...

I have been trying to contact them since... but needless to say... they were slow in responding...

Not sure if anybody has similar experience?

    I have set up this website so that you can log and forward complaints to BT, giving them the opporunity to reply (or advertise the fact that they dont!)
