Oh no, we're all going to die

Today I recieved this lovely email from sources unknown.

A huge 300 ft. high ocean wave is moving towards your continent.
Your and many other cities are in a real danger.
Approximate wave moving speed is 700 km/h.

Please read more about this catastrophe here:

We are strongly urging you to evacuate yourself and your family as soon as possible, even though you may live far away from your city.
The tsunami will reach the continent in approximately FOUR hours.

And as we are in one of the places which is as far from the coast as possible in Britain there's not really anywhere to run to, so you all better accept we're doomed. Also the tsunami must be running late as I recieved the email well over 4 hours ago so when it does arrive make sure you have a go at it for punctuality.

  2. Silly tsunamis!
I am going home to Brunei so I don't have to worry and/or care about anything like that (especially avalanches, which are more likely to happen during Christmas).

It's very warm in Brunei. Sometimes I feel very sad for British people.

  4. Curious

Thats what I like to see, inject a bit of drama into the proceedings.
A proposal at the blog social just before a big wave comes and wipes out the blogging maseeve?

It will beat 'the day after tomorrow' to smithereens.
though of course I haven't heard about it on the news, I think it may be a false alarm. Hmmm.

    still curious,

  5. Still, it saddens me to think of all the little British children sitting, watching people on television having picnics, skipping through sunny meadows going "tra la la", and then turning around and asking "Mummy, I wish there really was a 'sun'."

  6. Skipping and such all sounds a bit gay to me, I like the British weather, its not too cold.
The day after tomorrow was a good film, probably because of my love for extreme cold weather. As for a proposal at the blog social I wasn't able to be there, and I'm not sure I'd have gone if I was able, sounds a bit too sociable to me, a nice one on one maybe but a group? :S
