Today World Politics lecturer: Globalization

Before that lecture, I thought globalization is such an easy topic. Just some arguments for and againgst. But…

Breslin says, 'I've worked in the Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation for 5 years. The aim of setting the centre is to clear what does Globalization mean. After 5 years, I just get more confused about what Globalization is.'

I like the quote, 'We know globalisation is happening, but we are not quite sure how it is happening.'

Do less and think more

Do less and think more.

It is a temptation to read a lot, to write a lot. But it doesn't help.If you want to do a lot, you should have done that when you were young, little by little. But now, it's too late. What you can do is think more deeply and widely and accumulate such though step by step.

You are 20, you are old, but not that old.

It was a mistake

It was a mistake last night.

I have wasted a whole night. Shit. It's the end of week two already. Time flies. Still haven't figure out my timetable yet. Want to do so many things and so many I need to do, but I CAN only to so little.

'CAN'? What do you mean by that?

Meet my tutor today. She is a Canadian, really nice.

New to this blog

New to this blog, usually I use xanga.

I wanna use this as an alternative to my xanga. Sometimes I wanna write something, but worry about our's views, friends, ex-teachers, brothers and sisters.

I wish this blog could be my draft and I will copy the post to my xanga when I feel comfortable and confident.

I dunno if it is a good idea to let everyone to read my posts. But at the moment, I don't think there are many will read my posts. Even people read them, they don't who I am. I feel safe.
