Delicious Software

Writing about web page http://delicious-monster.com/

This software (Mac only it appears – barbarians kept on the other side of the gates again) looks fantastic. Sure, it's not in and of itself an original concept – something to track your book and CD/DVD library, but the extra's are what make it (on paper at least). Integration with Amazon for buying/selling, and the ability to read bar codes with an iSight. Oh and the UI looks gorgeous.

And it's only $39.95, which is bugger all at the moment in UKP.

The company was founded by the people who started OmniGroup (who have some pretty good software of their own, including a Visio competitor for the Mac called OmniGraffle, which I'll take any day of the week over the overbloated monster that Microsoft churned out). Bodes well for this.
