So Abu Hamza is in prison for a bit.

And the BNP nazis walk free.

And their crimes are so totally different…. how?

The little faith I had left in our justice system has just been shat on.

Oh, but wait. The race hate from the BNP wasn't aimed at the British people. So it's perfectly acceptable. Silly me.

Interestingly enough, however, it was through political foreplay and fear of being branded "intolerant" that it took so long for Abu Hamza to be brought to justice. Another point that appears to be overlooked is that, while the views of Griffin et al may be undesirable, he probably sought legal advice on exactly what he could and couldn't say – thereby avoiding prosecution by doing nothing technically illegal. Whether this is morally correct or not is another matter, but it does appear that the law was upheld, even if the law does need changing…
