BT needs to get its act together.
In the past month I’ve probably spent over five hours waiting to talk to various operators about setting up a phone line.
They took my details once, then lost them. That’s another 20 minutes spent on hold. Today I waited 40 minutes before giving up and going online.
Then their website crashed. It won’t let me pay my bill, which is already overdue thanks to a combination of their incompetence and the postal strike.
Have they completely forgotten that customer service is important? It’s as if they still think they’ve got a monopoly.
