A Pizza Hut, a Pizza Hut…

Pizza Hut in Birmingham, near New Street Station has excellent customer service, and I think you should all go there because of it… or not, it's up to you really.

But they brought us the wrong pizza, which ok, isn't great, but they said we could have the wrong pizza for free and were really really apologetic about it, then gave us the right pizza, and because we had to wait they took 25% off the final cost!!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was amazing, because the woman on the table next to me was making a fuss about something, which really, really, really shouldn't have been an issue. And yet they smiled and remained calm.

So YEAH, I'll go there again…

I had a fun Pizza Hut experience too. Kidderminster had just opened its shiny new Pizza hut in the 'Weavers Wharf' shopping centre, so I decided to go with my twin and a few friends. We ordered, then waited, and waited… and waited. Eventually we told them that we had been waiting a very long time and they apologised. So we sat down and waited… and waited… Eventually, after over an hour, we decided to have a good shout at them. Of course they apologised profusely and said to our surprise quickly offered the meal for free. The best part was that they still came and asked us if we wanted more drinks, side-orders, desserts etc. Getting £50+ meal for free, was definitely worth the wait _
