Home's great, but…

My Dad's computer is reeeeally shoddy! honestly, trying to use the internet on the network hard-drive is just im-poss-i-ble!! sigh Hence TWO days without an entry!!

so, to recap;

Ani was wonderful, I thought she was really funny and friendly between songs and she played "little Plastic Castles"!! horray!

Finished the ol' packing and my parents, both of them, unexpectedly, turned up a little later than 11, but that was ok cos I wasn't really ready by 11 anyway. Managed to fit all my belongings into the boot (not surprising as I'm only back for 2 weeksish) although being an eejit I did forget my phone charger '_' so the sim card is now in a Nokia that was lying about conviniently at home. So if you don't recieve any social texts it's because I'm not transferring my whole bloody phone book for 2 weeks!!

Still haven't done any work. Popped round The Shed last night and watched "Requiem for a dream" with Anton, Matt (who makes a lovely cup of tea!) Kimmy and Ed, with Russ turning up later, which was nice. The film is excellently shot, I really enjoyed it. Only had to shut my eyes when he was pushing a needle into his already diseased as hell arm.

So yeah, not a lot to report but I don't like to feel cut off!! Am now off for a girly few hours with the lovely Kimmy, before hopefully making contact with a few other old friends before the weeks dissappear and I return to the WIlds of Leam.

My parents seem strangly protective as my Dad has asked for a phone call detailing when I'll be back…

The free food is excellent, though!!
