More metapackage possibilities

Today I found some decent examples of how to use Wizards in ycp (for yast) and re-implemented the proof of concept meta-package handler I made a couple of months ago.

While I was at it I thought I could demo the possibility of triggering package install directly from a web page. To do this I added an “Install now” link to search results on a test webpin page which will trigger an install of the specified package via an association of the appropriate mime-type within the browser.

The end result is best illustrated with images one and two
