The best practices in outsourcing !

A number of huge organisations who contain numerous people, teams, departments and for sure facilities in order to frive their businesses forward, so, effectively managing those elements to reach high-class outcomes is seemed to be the best practice for organisational success also. More importantly, due to there are plenty of components within organisation, hence, increasing in costs is automatically occurred in accordance with organisational components within internal factor. Therefore, trying to reduce those costs simultaneously with improving organisational facilities management in accordance with its objectives are the best practices in terms of facilities management genuinely.

So, outsourcing practice is the best way out for a company who aims to improve its capability in the aspects of facilities management together with reduce its unnecessary costs in accordance with facilities factor. In addition, an organisation will obtain more time in order to manage or arrange its another element or duty because outsourcing company can be fully handled the part of facilities. To be more specific, obtaining better outcomes will occur because technologically advanced knowledge that provided from expert within oursourced organisation as it seems to impossible that general organisation is consisted of those kinds of technologies, moreover, increasing flexibility in terms of workers in accordance with their capabilities, skills and abilities to perform their tasks. Additionally, there are also a number of advantages for outsourcing practice whereas mentioning at some significant parts is taking into account within this blog.

However, every coin contains both side, so, there are also some disadvantages concerning outsourcing also. Thus, ensuring that all common goals and agendas between outsource company and organisation is aiming at the same directions as well as make sure that outsource company is good enough in terms of its capability in order to achieve quality and availability for the work are the practices that client organisation has to taking into consideration. Otherwise, a number of drawbacks or negative impacts can be emerged within organisation in accordance with its poor facilities management that mainly caused by external environment, which is outsource company.

Lastly, this practice, outsourcing, can be applied into various ways, which is not only for facilities management in accordace with real-world business. So, in my opinion, I personally think that this practice is one of the most effective practices in order to raise organisational performance in the aspects that company does not familiar with, whereas, ensuring that outsource organisation is effective and reliable firm is also very important. Due to it will cause a number of costs also, hence, make sure that all the money that we have pay is worth enough if compared to the final results is vitally important.

Seeking for new knowledge ..

According to the present circumstances, which especially focused on a business environment, there are a number of alternatives for an organisation to improve as well as develop its own capability. Therefore, seeking or looking for new knowledge that can be gathered from different sources either from your own practice or via technological device. Due to there are also huge range of knowledge out there waiting for you to discovering them. In addition, some people might prefer to discover their new knowledge through their own experiences such as talking with people, learning from class or discovering through direct experience, likewise, some people might prefer to use technological devices such as laptop or smartphone to seeking for new knowledge such as Google or Yahoo search engine, which all these options seem to be equally effective in terms of adding knowledge whereas the differentiation is only depended on reasonable opportunity for applying them in accordance with different situations.

Importantly, focusing on the scope that will fit with an organisational circumstance as well as will be able to enhance organisational performance is essentially important. Due to a number of new knowledges that randomly gathered from the sources even all of them are very useful is seemed to nothing if compared to just one or two new knowledges that well-structed and well-managed that also intensively focused on specific area concerning organisational situation in order to optimise and improve that part effectively. Moreover, reducing costs regarding this practice will be occurred also. Otherwise, numerous negative effects can be taking into account rather than positive outcomes that created by new collected knowledges.

Meanwhile, trying to filtered knowledges that collected from different sources even they are all effective information because they will be some conflicts among them sometimes, so, screening for the best fit and best practice before implementing them into company is important. Again, saving costs is also included within this practice. Furthermore, maintaining and sustaining all those knowledges that gathered from reliable sources in order to long lasting stored them within an enterprise to further developing or optimising them in the future is also vitally important.

Ensuring all securities are prepared !

Basically, every asset contains its own attribute that can be differently generated outcome in different aspects. Also, some may cause a number of benefits and some may not in accordance with organisational performance, especially in engineering and technological fields that require numerous practices that genuinely based on information technology factor. Therefore, in order to keep and sustain those benefits, organisation or even another information technology practitioner needs to emphasise on the aspect of security either virtual or physical factor. Due to there are also various alternatives in order to protect or prevent unwanted factor that aims to reach organisational information and data such as main server or data base.

So, firstly, in terms of virtual security, organisations should aim at how they manage as well as prevent their valuable or secret data away from unwanted person such as external person or people who work with another company to access into their system. For instance, using password or limited access areas to only allowed internal people to get in such as using student ID and password to access into Warwick's library website. In addition, fully protected all essential information from unwanted programs such as virus or spam through the methodology of firewall or anti-virus programs is also important, which also can be done through cyber security practices. Importantly, gradually backing up all important information or files into another device in order to ensure that back-up plan is well-prepared in an emergency event is included.

Then, secondly, the aspects of physical security is another important practice in accordance with organisational security concerning information and data also. Anyway, this practice is very similar in terms of implementation because we are also familiar with this practices in our daily life such as CCTV or reception tasks, which work as a screening machine in order to ensure that everything is normal. For me, personally, I think the physical security is working as a first step of protecting things, then, second or last step is a virtual security, which seems to be more secure.

Lastly, all those practices can be able to apply in the real-life, which a number of success organisation also implement them in accordance with their security aspect. So, trying to sustain all resources that generated by internal within internal, otherwise, various negative effects will be able to emerge in terms of intellectual as well as another property.

Knowledge within an organisation context ..

Due to there are a number of knowledges that mainly generated by personnel within an organisation. Therefore, trying to transfer those knowledges to another either person or department seems to be an excellent practice in relation to improve and develop organisational performance, which internal factor is a root of success basically. However, doing a correct methodology in order to optimise capability of knowledge is another crucial aspect. Thus, managing as well as applying all existing knowledges together with deeply understand the differentiation among them before the process of implementation is extremely important. For instance, understand the significant attributes between data, information, knowledge, understanding as well as wisdon in order to provide effective answer or feedback to specific question is important. For instance, using understanding option to answers the question that start with 'why' or knowledge for the question that begins with 'how'.

In addition, there is a link between all those types of knowledge, which can be improved from data to wisdom through the methodology of gradually understanding concepts between them. So, it means knowledge can be able to improve or enhance in accordance with surrounding environments within a firm that basically depended on personnel factor rather than another factor. Nevertheless, sharing knowledge among people is not an easy practice to do it because there are a number of alternatives to transferring knowledge in effective ways, which some knowledge is also intangible and not easily expressed. Surely, I am talking about explicit and tacit (implicit) knowledge. Anyway, there is a practice that can be linked all those knowledge together in order to share them out to another and that practice is called "The Spiral of Knowledge".

Thus, obviously, all people and organisations will be able to transfer their own knowledge to another if they are preferred to do that because a number of effective methodologies are available for them to deploy. Also, sharing it out instead of keeping them in yours only is one of the most effective practices within a team and company for success because different people are contained different skills and abilities for sure, so, merging all those capacities together before implementation process is one of essential causes for organisational success whether in business or another environment.

Managing facilities in proper ways ..

There are numerous essential practices to effectively managed facilities within organisation, which basically managed by a manager who is called "Facilities Manager" as well as another involved person within that organisation. Therefore, optimising owner's investment in all included aspects seems to be one of the main points concerning this strategy. Due to facilities management or property management is an integral part of a business that requires to be proper used also. In addition, customers engagement is simultaneously included concerning some activities such as design and build activities in order to increase results. So, avoiding negative effects on organisational performance together with creating good working environment are both emerged by the practice of facilities mangement.

Furthermore, this practice can be done through the mothodology of outsourcing as well, which will be able to optimise organisational processes in terms of cost reduction, increase flecibility or even gain the better results. However, this practice is not 100% guaranteed for success whereas ensuring that oursourcing enterprise is well-operated and well-managed its strategies and processes that will suit for our organisational situations is vitally important in order to avoid wasting expenses.

More importantly, containing a person that is called Facilities Manager, which I previously mentioned is essential. Due to there are various management practices to consider such as managing people, premises, services, working environment or resources in order to enhance overall performances within that firm. In my opinion, this type of manager is not only focused on the areas of facilities where as consisting of another mamangement practices such as financial, innovation or strategic business planner aspects are significantly involved. Therefore, reducing unnecessary costs and expenses, meanwhile, increasing reliability and performance that genuinely generated by organisation will be occurred.
