The National B2B Centre: experts…according to the Birmingham Post

It's official the National B2B Centre team are now counted as experts.

We are now appearing in a regular feature in the Birmingham Post (and soon the Coventry Telegraph) called Ask The Experts.

Gareth Edwards, our emarketing specialist has already written about Social Media and Steve Orriss, our Lead Consultant, will be providing an explanation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the forthcoming feature.



Digital economy can lift Europe out of crisis

The European Commission's latest Digital Competitiveness report has been published on the European Information Society website.

As has been highlighted in a previous post the report doesn't make great reading for the UK.  Taking a broader view you may find it interesting to nderstand the Commision's strategic view about the digital future and see what cross-European initiatives are underway.
