The 'leadership challenge' was a real challenge, felt happy about the progress of the game and was very useful with some feedback from the team. Areas which i felt need to be improved are
1. Fully involving in the work, without ensuring proper networking.
2. Not able to ensure the participation of all the team members.
3. Could have communicated a few changes did during the exercise to the entire team.
4. Did not look into all the aspects of issues, before taking a decision ( before ordering for raincoats for the team, could have cut down some cost, would have enquired cost of ferry transport etc…)

need to improve as emphasised time and again. Discussion on module review and the PMA clarifications were quite elaborate. Again I feel that a brief introduction on the entire content of the module is essential. Had time with our team till 330, for completion of the last teamwork. Has comeup well, selina or gez would have forwarded the assignment the same day. Did not feel like reading and went to bed early.

After a very long time, blog on the right day. Interesting. Started with a coaching game, thoughts which came out were worth it. When somebody else sitting in front of you has got a problem you are able to suggest a way out of it, but at times when you get it…. why dont you do so???? Question which came to me. May be I get engrossed onto the situation that I dont see any way out. It could have been better if the material presented on the coaching had been circulated electronically or as papers. During the break, paul reinforced the inputs by my team ( Selina, maggie & Gez)... My presentation being very faster. I cannot have any excuses whatso ever…. I will surely improve and demonstrate. Felt very happy when people gave a feedback, that showed that they really cared for me. The presentation on CSR and the discussions on ethics went on well. Every company has got certain areas wherein it behaves ethically and some areas where it crosses the code of ethics…. my company is no exception for that. Got some good inputs on what can be improved and the discusssions gave a great image about TVS, wherein I am able appreciate the amount of ethical activities going on… local community development, temples rejuvenation, road laying, construction of public toilets, clearing the sludge in near by water reservoir…... proud to be a part of it. But certain aspects of the company and the people are really intolerable which need to be worked upon. Had read through the articles on BPR, BS, Hoshin kanri for the last team work on LE….. Life goes on.
