Six sigma and organizational learning

When taking in to consideration the process of organizational learning when have to think about the learning to be a constant process which can not be disrupted in any point in time. When asked about whether or not the six sigma can make a contribution to the organizational learning the answer would be a yes.

The process of six sigma tries to identify the key reasons as to why a process, which is currently being, used I failing. There is an imperative need to figure out the root cause and implement changes in order to never let that issue arise again. Hence there are discussing group meetings in order to come down to a particular conclusion in an organization.

With researching this topic in books and articles I have come to gain more knowledge with regards to this subject area. And I am sure I will be able to answer this PMA question with a great deal of knowledge.
