Analysis

The analysis is basically the heart of PMA. Today I researched about the real life examples of the learning organizations and it was very hard to accep that the european companies adopted this kind of structure in the late 1990s whereas the organizations in Asia had adopted it in the 1970s. Such is the case mainly in the automotive industry. The europeans adopted this structure after the companies faced the management crises that were inevitable just like the financial crises of 2008 that was inevitable.

Yes, that’s surprising… I always have thouht that west countries have A LOT to learn from east culture… anyway,,, organizational learning shoud be thinked before running a company, I guess we have done it the opposite way.

Pretending the crisis hasn’t happened or won’t happen encourages you to delay finding a solution. That might be the case for most of us really. But for OL, I think it can not be an early step before running a business LUISA, because I think it is an approach used to current process rather than planned ones. What do you think!!?
