About Me

I grew up in suburban middle-class Kolkata, near the east coast of India. Following a far-fetched dream I arrived in Britain to study at Brentwood School in 2001 when I was 15 on a scholarship. I moved onto the University of Warwick, from where I graduated in 2006 with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics. I have an interest in classical Indian political philosophy and historiography, particularly in Sanskrit, Hindi and Bengali languages.
