Today's training was threshold running…my least favourite training! However, I always feel better for it. The idea was to run at near full pace for 12mins then have 2 min rest and then do another 12mins. I managed this ok although I felt sick for most it.
I ran up through Claycroft, then Cannon Park, through the estate onto the Kenilworth Road then down through Gibbet Hill and Lakeside. I stretched down afterwards and felt much better. I always feel great after a run like that but it's still difficult to get into it.
