OPP or POP

Today we start another module : OPP. I've heard from classmates that this course is all theoretical which I wasn't enthusiastic about. During PIUSS , numbers kept me awake until the end of the day. I felt like today was very challenging for me to keep focused all day. Especially with all the information that was given through the slides, it is very hard to keep track. Untill Now, I prefer CBE learning style rather than the OPP. One of the things that I found intriguing today was the fish market method for employee engagement. Play, make their day , be there and choose your attitude. I think the most challenging part is choosing my attitude because someday you wake up not feeling well. We were told also a couple of times today to always think as future leaders. The way that is module is formed is starting to change my perspective an employee in my family business to a change leader which is much needed in my job.
