Lewis Hamilton…

...is a legend. Finally there is something to cheer about in the world of motor sport for the first time since the days of Damon Hill.

Button, Coulthard, Irvine, Davidson – eat your heart out!

Button would do a lot better if they gave him a car with a working gearbox. Coulthard, after years of mediocrity seems to have found his form, but unfortunately too late in his career to get a competitive car.

Not to take anything away from Hamilton – a stunning drive in a difficult race. Alonso was unlucky, but did look decidedly second rate.

Coulthard was good, but basically gave his whole career away when he let Hakkinen passed in Australia when driving the best car!
