Continuous Improvement & Management of change
First I thought what should be done to create an organisation where continuous improvement is a way of life, then I realise the main factor which involves in this change process is people. We need to concentrate on people more than anything else, as they are key drivers of change. We can chose best approach for change process, we also can invest more on implementing that approach but if the people are not ready to change then whole plan go wrong. It is fact that most of us resist to change so the solution for this is management for change. The manager who is responsible of bringing change and creating awareness of change by motivating and promoting people.
Change is necessary for every organisation so management of change tell us that how to prepare for change. This theory of change tells us hoe to understand behaviours of individuals towards change and how to convince them in a positive way what will help to bring continuous improvement.
