PMA Continuous Improvement

While working on PMA of creating business excellence I learned several things, which is common sense, but as we all know common sense is not so common. I was having a problem with how to start my PMA and what will be my structure of PMA, then I referred back on mind map and got some ideas. Continuous improvement is essential aspect of any organisation. Every organisation has different goals and strategies but if orgnaisation wants to become successful in future it has to follow continuous improvement as a way of life.

Continuous improvement is a process through which we can achieve our goals and strategies. While doing our regular operational activities we also have to think out of box for improvement in our process and reducing variation in process so we can save wastage and earn more that will result economical growth. Learning is important in life so continuous learning and implementing is continuous improvement.

I also realize that continuous improvement is not a tool neither a techniques which can be implemented. It is a process and it is everyone’s job to follow this process.
