The value of this theory is in facilitating organisational change to cope with dynamic markets through dynamic vision. It also enables creativity through empowerment and by allowing followers to make shared decisions.
In my future career, i believe that this theory will allow me to accomplish strong buy in from employees, get them to make shared interest above personal interest and execute change smoothly. This is vital for engineering as engineering systems change dynamically and so should the employees.
