Bruce Andrews Hits Back on 'Anti–American Books'

Writing about web page http://www.foxnews.com/oreilly/

The poet, Bruce Andrews, explained on Fox News recently why he includes supposedly ‘anti-American’ books in his university class. He does really well in defending himself. See the clip at the link above and scroll down to the blue box. Click on ‘Outrage of the Week’(!).

I really like how Bill O’Reily puts everything into perspective: no matter how narrow-minded, antagonistic, self-involved, and arrogant you might be, there’s always Bill O’Reily.

  2. You must be mad. Fox News is laughable.

Sorry its difficult to convey sarcasm on a blog comment. My point was even if you are a massive douche, you can always look to Bill O’Reily, as he’s a bigger one.

When it comes to being a total jackass O’Reilly really can mix it with the best, on his day, even the likes of Limbaugh and Coulter would struggle to match him.

  5. OK, sorry I’m with you. I was afraid that blogworld had been infiltrated by Fox News lovers!

There are some great Bill O’reilly moments. If you search for Keith Olbermann on Youtube you’ll find some great videos tearing him apart (although KO is a bit long-winded, he’s pretty good).

Some of my favourite O’reilly moments are when he invites the extreme right-wing elements to his show to somehow demonstrate that he’s a centrist (and I’m talking about Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter types here :P).

There’s no way Bill O’Reilly is as extreme as Coulter or Malkin. Again if you refer to youtube, there’re some wonderful clips of Malkin appearing on his show.

For more of Michelle Malkin – here’s here blog which really speaks for itself: www.michellemalkin.com

And on Ann Coulter I was linked to this faux blog a while back which just had me snorting milk out of my nose: ifuckedanncoulterintheasshard.blogspot.com <-- give it a read. Insane satire.
