Three ways NOT to lose weight

1. Starving. Starving means putting a relative stop to your digestive system, so there is no output, so to speak, and hence no weight loss.
2. Eating vegetables only. Not sure why, perhaps because of the fibres, iron and calcium.
3. Eating fruits only. Because of all the sugar.

  1. I’ve never fully understood why someone would choose going hungry in preference to doing more exercise.

I cycle to university, and do exercise/sports a few times a week. And I maintain my skinny physique despite eating three good meals a day. Does this not work for women, or something?

  2. Maybe the problem has more to do with perception. Nearly every lady on earth seems to be image concious, when the vast majority dont need to be.

Also Michael’s eating 3 meals a day is a splendid idea for losing weight. Because he fills himself up with real food, he probably doesnt snack on crappy stuff like chocolate, sandwhiches, biscuits e.t.c.

The final, more drastic solution, is to live on the moon. While your mass wont change, your weight will be practically nothing! : )

Hahaha! “Capital idea”! In that case, living on Jupiter would be a great weight loss exercise!
I can’t say that I’m image concious, but my dear mother feels very concious about my image and weight. So sometimes it’s not down to peer pressure or glossy magazines, or media representation, it’s getting bullied by parents, especially naggy moms…

Please tell me the above was a case of typing faster than you can think :p
