LE–miniproject
My first blog about LE model...... ^_^
The Leadership Excellence pre-module have stated since Monday, now we're on half way of pre-module. In this module we have got a new group which is very interest me. I enjoy working in this team, everone in our team is very nice. I love the way we work which quite different from last time. we divided our team into groups of two or three people and each have been responsible for one mini-project. We all have done the Definition of Leadership together. Abdo and Paul are going to do the Winning Strategies 1. Amanda, Lila, and Paul are going to do the Winning Strategies 2. the Promotion and Firing Policy will be done by Apollo and Mannu. I and Abdo are responsible for the Hoshin Kanri and Excellence. We had online meeting about Definitio of Leadership yesterday and Apollo did the presentation very well this morning. I hope that our group will get the good result in the end.
Apart from the serious things, today is Lila's birthday.... Happy birthday to my teammate.

yes I am looking forward to Paul’s session on time management, every time I listen I learn something new… I want to film it too… any1 has video camera?
