Presenting Certificates of Competence Profiling

The CCM team have started to present our Profiled Companies with a ‘Certificate of Competence Profiling’. As the CCM project moves to the close of the ERDF funded recruitment and intensive consultant support. The Collaborative Marketplace will continue and part of the process of these certificate visits is to update the competences and skills recorded on the CCM database.

www.wmccm.co.uk delivers quality internet referrals for competence profiled companies.

The extract above from a Live web-statistics page shows that www.wmccm.co.uk generated quality new visitors for tsfcoventry.co.uk. The second external source to Google the number of visitors were 10% of Google’s but generated 20% of Googles views.
These referrals from the unique CCM competence profile, an independent record of key processes and skills, stayed to view twice as many pages. These visitors has more confidence that TSF Coventry was the company they were looking for.
Three more website logs have confirmed that CCM delivers better referrals but what is hidden from this table is the impact of the competence profile. One of these companies did not have a CCM Competency Profile and only attracted 3% of the visitors sent by Google. Companies received 10% of visitors from WMCCM, almost doubling to 20% of page views, if they were Competence Profiled
