Owner Adding & Improving Catalog Information Attracts more Visitors
Writing about web page http://www.tanmill-cabs.co.uk
I have been advising clients of the benefits of keeping their web presences up-to-date. This often leads to finding websites and Blog pages that they can change easily. Then I spotted the following illustrations in Kanin Saengcharnchai’s MSc dissertation that used Data Mining of CCM’s Database as a methodology.

Database Mining report of changes to the Tanmill Cabs catalog.
I have started off the Tanmill Cabs catalog at the end of September but it was when John Richards, the owner, started to update the information and add pictures and new products at the end of November that the visitor growth really tool off!

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for Calmer Classrooms
Writing about web page http://www.calmerclassrooms.com/
Vo Fletcher, a composer, television presenter and jazz/ folk musician who has years of experience writing and performing activity songs for young people, has created a body of music called “Calmer Classrooms” which has been proven in trials to reduce the incidence of disruptive behaviour, lower teacher stress levels, and help students work more efficiently. The music is available to purchase through his Calmer Classrooms website.
Concerned about the effectiveness of his site, Vo contacted WMCCM to enquire about our fully funded start-up support package, and following discussions we agreed to produce a search engine optimization report on his website that once implemented should produce higher ranking search results. The report also included advice on expanding the website to help market the Calmer Classrooms concept to other areas such as hospitals, surgeries, dentists etc. The report is now being reviewed and implemented – a follow-up article will report on the progress being made.
