Presenting Certificates of Competence Profiling
Writing about web page http://www.penstamps.com
The CCM team have started to present our Profiled Companies with a ‘Certificate of Competence Profiling’. As the CCM project moves to the close of the ERDF funded recruitment and intensive consultant support. The Collaborative Marketplace will continue and part of the process of these certificate visits is to update the competences and skills recorded on the CCM database.

Chris Salt of ABC Desks being presented with their Certificate by Nicki of Penstamps recently.
The ABC Desks Competency Profile and the
BN Engineering Competence Profile both provide excellent web referrals as this entry powerfully confirms.
Bob Narotra of BN Engineering based in Small Heath, Birmingham, receives his Certificate from Tuhin from the CCM team, right.

Owner Adding & Improving Catalog Information Attracts more Visitors
Writing about web page http://www.tanmill-cabs.co.uk
I have been advising clients of the benefits of keeping their web presences up-to-date. This often leads to finding websites and Blog pages that they can change easily. Then I spotted the following illustrations in Kanin Saengcharnchai’s MSc dissertation that used Data Mining of CCM’s Database as a methodology.

Database Mining report of changes to the Tanmill Cabs catalog.
I have started off the Tanmill Cabs catalog at the end of September but it was when John Richards, the owner, started to update the information and add pictures and new products at the end of November that the visitor growth really tool off!

What do you do with a successful Web Presence? Make it work Better!
Writing about web page http://www.wmccm.co.uk/WMCCM/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabindex=1&tabid=4551
The CCM team’s assistance to AD-Fabrications has been in three phases. - Launch a new Online Brand & Catalogue bringing over 1000 web visitors every month.
- Focussed their on-line catalogue to generate better repeat business.
- Trained AD-Fabs to say “we don’t do that” quickly & courteously by helping domestic visitors find architects online.
The challenge has been to manage the overnight success of Ad-Fab’s web presence, to tune their site to attract more profesional repeat customers and to free up their staff to serve them better. Read the full CCM Case Study .
