You can sure tell that Gladwell has a book coming out soon (Outliers). There seems to be an interview or extract in every newspaper you pick up. Latest I spotted was in Saturday's Guardian magazine. Here he talks about how people we think of as natural geniuses (Mozart, Lennon/ McCartney) are actually the product of hard graft, experience and the opportunity (often by pure chance) to develop their craft.
