Superinjunctions

Much fuss is being made at the moment about an aspect of draconianism in UK law that acts as a form of double-censorship. Superinjunctions, when granted put people in the position of not only not being able to talk about a particular legally contested issue, but also not being able to talk about the fact they've been gagged.
It's a kind of deafening silence, which, when finally appealed on, leads to such scandals as John Terry's recent outing in the Guardian. More scandalous and distressing (especially in light of me just having watched 'The Road' last night) is the Trafigura toxic waste-dumping in Ivory Coast.
The Index on Censorship is out in the mainstream press in force, disseminating their extremely sound and well-informed views on superinjunctions. Worth keeping up with this story, who knows what'll come out from the woodwork? And writer Leo Schulz has started a facebook group about it too, where various news sources are feeding in.

Viking is my new favourite dnb label I think (alongside Nasha).
He's one of the strangest tales ever told. I think it will thrill you. It may shock you. It might even horrify you.
