Today's lunchtime pedalling – Kenilworth via Burton Green

Follow-up to Cycling plans for 2005 from Steve's blog

Today's route was a little shorter than the last one, but a bit more interesting – Kenilworth & back via Burton Green. Specifically, Westwood Heath Road, Cromwell Lane, Red Lane, Birmingham Road, Beehive Hill, Upper Spring Lane, Coventry Road/Kenilworth Road, A45, Charter Avenue and Kirby Corner Road.

9.3 miles, 41.5 minutes, average 13.3mph.

I should have skipped Beehive Hill and gone round via the castle – that would have taken the route over 10 miles and added a little bit more interest.
