My spam count is drastically reduced

Follow-up to Another spam update from Steve's blog

I’m not sure what I’ve done, but I seem to be getting vastly less spam now than when I last blogged about it. Back in September last year I had 6354 messages in Gmail’s spam box. That worked out at 198 spam messages per day.

My total now is just 1717, or just over 57 per day. That’s an amazing reduction. I wish I knew why. I could make a lot of money selling my “spam solution” to the world! Sadly, I’ll have to stick to the day job…

The spam keeps falling

After dropping from 6300 in September last year to 1700 in June this year, the size of my gmail spambox has now fallen further, to just 1450 messages in the last 30 days. I guess it won’t be long before the tide turns, but nevertheless that is...
