My godfather (and, reflected, my Dad and I) sailing across the Solent. The picture really needs that nasty bright patch in the top-left corner to be darkened down a bit – easily done, I've just not got around to it!

Quality shot! I've always been hesitant of showing pictures of seamen, but I think you've got away with it! =)
I think what makes this snap is the "candid" pose of your godfather, it really works. =)

Great photo Simon – I've already seen this picture at least 100 times, because it was your set of pics tagged 'sailing' I used to test this Flash gallery I was writing a while ago – I'd hardcoded the tag into the app for testing.

:-) Thanks Steve, and I like the app. When I tried searching for "car" though, it told me there are 8 images, but only shows 2.

I get all 8 from home tonight (can I have go in that Skyline?), but it still needs development so I wouldn't be surprised if it falls over now and again :-)
