2. I believe 22 lbs (just under 10 kg) is the lethal 'dosage' of chocolate, but I should imagine 10 kg of chocolate falling on your head wouldn't be too good for you either…

   Doesn't it really depend on how much you weigh? How big is this person that can eat 10kg of chocolate?

4. I don't think it depends on weight, and I doubt there's anyone who could physically manage to eat that much. I think 'they' just calculated the average amount of chocolate requied to kill a human; just like it's about 40 litres of water (I think) and 10-or-so paracetamol, or something like that.
   It takes a lot less to kill a dog, and dark chocolate is even less since it has so much more of the lethal stuff…

   I heard that if you eat a fifth of your own body weight in chocolate (and don't die in the process!), it will have the same effect as Indian hemp. I heard this from a reliable source, of course… :)
