The hotel exercise which i really like personally not because of winning it, actually yes i like for winning it. i raised my hand for being a deputy leader, so paul me the chance to become one, the most important in this exercise is may be up till now i forgot the exercise but skills which enchances in me is to lead group in a situation where you dont know a single bit of it. so i was leading another in the begining i was nervous where to start from but as the exercise went i know my responsibilites and work this is the moment which really give me a lot of confidence and motivation.
